We are a General Contractor servicing Escambia and Santa Rosa County. Our company was founded in 1991 by the late Derek McGee and specialized in large commercial projects such as: Shopping Centers, Schools, and Prisons. Since Derek's son, Kyle McGee, took the reigns in 2017 the focus has been new residential homes. Sunchase Construction is going back to it's roots and as of 2023 will be offering commercial services to go along with it's residential building.
