We found our lot and from start to finish worked with Kyle McGee & Sunchase Construction to build our custom home. Kyle was great to work with by giving us options and being attentive to our wishes. It was always easy to discuss items with them as they were very focused on our home. The whole process took about six months which was from plan development to move in. We felt they treated the construction of our home as if it was their own. Quality was uppermost in all our minds and we are very pleased with the finished product. They built our home on time, on budget, and high quality. We thank them for a job well done.

Highly recommended! We are very happy we chose Kyle McGee and Sun chase Construction to build our new home. Kyle has integrity and a great personality that made the whole experience go smoothly. He has knowledge of the building process, design, and the community. He listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design when possible, while being honest about what was workable or not. Travis, our project manager, was also great to work with and kept us updated with frequent communication and pictures. Both guys were patient and helpful as some decisions needed to be made long distance. They also helped us stay within our budget. We hoped to finish the project as friends and our goal was accomplished. We love our new home.
