Realtor Referral Program

  • Do you have a client along the Gulf Coast, particularly in Santa Rosa or Escambia County, looking for a new custom home or major renovation? We’re offering a 2.5% referral fee on construction costs.

New Home Redevelopment

  • Our new home redevelopment program enables sellers to market their current property as vacant land while simultaneously listing a proposed new home. This listing method complies fully with the MLS and is applicable to properties qualifying as redevelopment (teardown) properties in Escambia and Santa Rosa County. If Sunchase Companies manages to pre-sell a new home on your lot, we will cover all realtor commissions (5%) on both the property and the new home. Standard commissions apply to the seller if the property sells as is at any time.
  • Here’s how it works: Sunchase Construction will handle all meetings with prospective buyers. Once an agreement is reached, the buyer will purchase the property from the seller. At the closing of the property, Sunchase Construction will pay a 6% realtor commission on both the property and the new home, with the buyer entering into a building contract with Sunchase Construction. The seller is paid in full before construction begins.
